When you visit our website, we may collect limited technical information (e.g., IP address, browser type, pages visited) to operate the service and, where allowed, to understand usage.

Email Addresses: We collect email addresses when you create an account, subscribe to our newsletter, or contact us. We use this information for authentication, account management, service emails (such as welcome messages and billing notices), and product updates/marketing emails only if you have opted in.

AI Inputs: By default, we do not use your chat content or prompts beyond what is necessary to return a response, unless you explicitly opt in for that purpose. Transient processing may occur to provide the service.

We also use Google Analytics (GA4) and Microsoft Clarity to analyze usage and improve user experience. In regions where consent is required, these tools are only activated after you grant consent via our cookie banner. You can withdraw at any time via Manage cookies.

We also use the Lemon Squeezy affiliate script, which sets a marketing cookie to attribute referrals. It only loads after you grant marketing consent.

When you sign in we set a strictly necessary cookie holding a random device identifier. It is used only to prevent abuse of free credits (one person creating many free accounts) and is not used for analytics or advertising.

How We Use Your Information

We use information to:

Analyze and improve the content, functionality, and performance of our website and services.
Provide our AI-powered services and respond to your requests.
Improve features using aggregated or de-identified data. We do not use your private content for model training unless you opt in for that purpose.
Send marketing communications and product updates only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails.
Process payments and manage your subscription.

Data Sharing and Security

We understand the importance of keeping your personal data secure. We do not sell personal data. We share limited personal data with trusted service providers that help us operate the website and deliver features, including hosting, authentication, analytics (Google Analytics 4), session insights (Microsoft Clarity), email delivery, and payments (LemonSqueezy). These providers act as our processors under written data-processing agreements and may only process personal data on our instructions.

We use LemonSqueezy as our payment processor to handle financial transactions securely. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to LemonSqueezy as necessary to complete the transaction. We do not store or have access to your payment card details.

Shared Chats: When you share a chat, we publish a snapshot of it at a link, and anyone with the link can view that snapshot. You can revoke a link at any time with “Delete link” in the chat’s Share dialog or “Revoke” under Settings → Data controls, which deletes the snapshot. Shared snapshots are also deleted when you delete the chat or your account.

Teams: Team files are uploaded and removed by the team owner and admins. All team members can access team files and import them into their own chats. Team subscriptions are billed to the team. If you delete your account, you are removed from your teams, and teams you own are deleted along with their files.

Data Retention

We keep account information only as long as necessary to provide the service or as required by law. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your account data within a reasonable period. Certain records (e.g., billing, fraud-prevention, security logs) may be retained for legal or operational reasons.

To prevent repeat free trials, we keep a one-way keyed hash of your email address, device identifier and network range after your account is deleted. It cannot be turned back into your email address and is used only to decide whether a new account gets free credits.

Analytics and session-insight identifiers may persist in your browser until they expire. You can withdraw cookie consent at any time via Manage cookies.

Requesting deletion of your analytics data

Your analytics record is identified only by a Google Analytics client ID stored in your browser. Reveal yours below and include it in your request so we can find and delete the right record.

International Data Transfers

We may transfer, store, and process information in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. When we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) where required by applicable law.

Data Breach Notification

In the unlikely event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
